These terms govern a KIND Plus subscription ("Plus") and apply in addition to the Recipient Terms. If they conflict, these terms prevail for Plus matters.
1. What Plus includes
Plus is an optional paid subscription for recipients. The current feature set — such as custom coin finishes, deeper analytics and a supporter wall — is described on the pricing page and may evolve. Features marked as experimental may change or be withdrawn.
2. Billing
- Plus is billed in advance, monthly or annually as you select, in the currency shown at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Billing is processed by Stripe Billing. Your payment method is stored by Stripe, not by KIND.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and, if unsuccessful, downgrade the account to the free plan.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → KIND Plus. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Plus features until then.
- Cancelling Plus never closes your KIND page and never affects Appreciation you have received or will receive on the free plan.
- Deleting your KIND account also cancels Plus; amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded except as stated below.
4. Refunds and consumer rights
- If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the initial subscription purchase. If you ask for immediate access to Plus features, you acknowledge the withdrawal right is reduced proportionally to the service already provided.
- Outside mandatory consumer rights, Plus fees are non-refundable, but we review goodwill requests sent within 14 days of a renewal.
- Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights you cannot waive.
5. Price and feature changes
We may change Plus pricing or features. Price changes apply only from your next renewal and we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app; if you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. Fair use
Plus features are for your own pages. We may suspend Plus — with notice — if it is used in breach of the Recipient Terms, and refund the unused portion of the current period where we terminate without cause.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the KIND operating entity is established. You can reach us at info@kind.us.org.
